Interview with Miquel Piñol in TurisTEC

One of the most frequent questions I hear at Networking events in Mallorca is about TurisTEC (Technology Cluster for the Travel Industry). It seems that they are present in a number of events and iniciatives, but in my experience, very few people outside of the companies they work with know about them.

I had the pleasure of working wiht them in a national education iniciative for the Travel industry this year, as well as organizing an event that had the presence of national authorities and students, and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. In fact, I was very impressed with the quality and organization of Vanessa Mojarro and Miquel Piñol, the main two people I had the pleasure of working with, in addition to Mariano Sacristán (President of TurisTEC) and Toni Pascual (Secretary).

It’s for this reason that I visited their offices this past week and recorded this short video with Miquel Piñol. Basically to talk a bit more about what is TurisTEC, who is behind it and how they can help us. Please note that the video is in Spanish.
