How to improve #FollowFriday on Twitter
Aug
#FollowFriday consists on recommending, through a message on Twitter, users that we find interesting and add value to the network. If you want to learn more, take a look at this article in Mashable. The concept has worked very well worldwide, and through this action, many have had the opportunity to be introduced to users who otherwise might have never found them.
Recently Scott Stratten from @unmarketing introduced a way to improve on the concept with #FollowFive. The idea is to go further and also add a short introduction with your recommendations. This way your followers have a better time deciding which profiles they are interested in following.
If I may, I want to share this video taken this morning in Cala Blava, on the Mediterranean coast of Mallorca, where I talk about #FollowFriday.
Their profiles on Twitter are:
@AntonioDomingo
@elenaenriquez
@horizonte24
@hosteltur
@joanjimenez
I would also like to thank @unmarketing for introducing us to #FollowFive in his blog.
I would love to hear from you, so please leave me a comment with your opinion.
